At Mayra Garces Jewelry, each piece is part of an exclusive collection of 14k and 18k gold jewelry, selected under the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Theft or loss during shipping

All our shipments are insured. In the event that an order is lost or stolen during transit, the customer may file a claim under the conditions established by the corresponding insurer.

The incident must be reported within 24 hours from the estimated delivery date.

The order number and any documentation or evidence requested by the insured shipping company will be required.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The evaluation process and final decision are subject to the carrier's and insurer's protocols, with whom Mayra Garces Jewelry has no direct contractual relationship. Any compensation or replacement depends on the resolution determined by said entity.

Once the claim is approved by the insurer, the product will be replaced according to availability.
